We will make every effort to insure that you are going to be a return customer. If for any reason, you find dissatisfaction with our products, pricing or service, please email us. All complaints and requests for refund/exchange received are handled by the founder of our company Mr. Jim Crain and he will insure that every effort is made to resolve any problems you may have.

Golden Road Metal Detectors wants you to be happy with your new metal detector. If you have a defective item, feel free to contact us immediately to return your defective unit for full manufacturer warrantee service. You will be provided a toll free number for the manufacturer to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). Your defective unit will be repaired by the manufacturer and returned directly to you at no charge for the period your detector is under warrantee.

If for 14 days after receiving your new detector, you are, for any reason not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply to return it to us within 14 days of receiving it. Just call or email us for return authorization. You will receive an 100% refund or credit toward another detector. Your detector must be returned for refund or credit in unused condition with all instructions and manuals nmarked or altered. Any free accessories and/or promotional items must also be returned in unused condition. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
